Everyone was so helpful, informative and professional. Abby, Joey and the doctors were GREAT. Even Jacob Menden, the nurse anesthetist for my first surgery was a first class experience. My experience at TC Eye Consultants was very positive. My Cataract surgery went well, even though it ate up more time than I thought it would. They were very efficient & thorough, then was on my way. Upon arriving at the front desk they have the best staff. Marian usually greeted me with her incredible smile and sunny personality. She always was the best way to start my office visit!
Today was my second appointment with Dr. Schaefer and I was very pleased. His office staff were friendly and knowledgeable and his clinician was efficient and patient. Dr. Schaefer has a very friendly and open demeanor. He answered all my questions happily.
My experience was really good! I had an appointment cancelled by the clinic and someone called me bright and early to reschedule. Everyone from the receptionist to the tech to the Dr were kind, interested, respectful, thorough and efficient.
Just had cataract surgery on my left eye. No question left unanswered. Every one was very accommodating. Dr Schaefer is very knowledgeable and professional. He is always my optometrist of choice.
