Eye doctor is fantastic. Very informative and detailed and friendly. Staff was patient and informative in helping me select glasses that fit and look good. But the frames broke after 9 months when I just took them off the night before a big event. I've worn glasses full-time for 30 years, and they have all lasted 5-10 years till they're way out of fashion. So this was a first. And since nothing happened to the fram until it surprisingly broke in my hands, I wonder if it was a design defect. Despite this: They charged a $25 copay, despite the warranty. They also noted that the warranty applies only once. They informed me that I can only reorder the same exact frame, even if it's a design defect. And they said it will take 7-10 days to get the new frame. So I won't buy glasses here again.
