I've been coming here for several years and have always had a good experience. The doctors are great and take their time. Thanks to their thorough care, they were able to catch a retinal condition early and referred me to a specialist. The staff are also friendly and professional.
Had a great first experience here! Front desk was super friendly, little to no waiting, the doctor was great and thorough. And then picking glasses was made super easy. And they were able to get us in pretty quick on the schedule. Overall great experience. Will definitely be returning.
I had 2 small pieces of metal get in my eye and it was one of my most painful experiences ever! I was unable to close my eyes or sleep for almost 36 hours because an intense burning sensation when they closed. My pain was unbearable so I came here and was seen by Dr. Ruiz. She quickly scanned my eye and found the metal. In 10 min. she had both pieces out. She was calm, comforting and professional. I felt an immense relief after I left and slept for 12 hours straight. Thank you so much to Dr. Ruiz and the Two Trees Optometry Team!!
All staff were very helpful & efficient. I appreciate that both Sarah and Dr. Ruiz were very thorough and took the time to explain everything being done today. Highly recommend you try this place.
Based on reviews, I’m not the first and likely won’t be the last. I away turned from a 2:00 PM , Friday appointment for arriving 11 minutes late even though the office still had about 4 hours left in the day. There is no grace period at all. The explanation was that intake paperwork required too much time, yet the office later stated multiple reminders and online forms had been sent when that never happened. Hard to take the “we want every patient to receive proper attention” explanation seriously when there was still plenty of time remaining in the schedule. Came across more as rigid office policy than actual concern for patient care.
