This is a great store, although not as big as some of the other stores they have a lot of great deals and product availability. The store is always nice and clean as well as organized. For the most part when you check out the staff is pretty helpful. However on the sales floor they are too busy shopping for other customers that they often forget to make eye contact and offer assistance. Or if you ask for help, you might get someone nice or not. Other than that I love this location and I am a repeat customer.

I had a great experience in the Garden Center! They had a Grand Opening and my son got some little gardening tools and candy. However once we got to the checkout it was a completely different story. It was an older woman with a Karen haircut that checked us out. She was AWFUL. From the start she was rude, bossy and kept eyeballing everything I bought before ringing it up. Her supervisor came over to verify that my son's goodies were free and the lady was even nasty to her boss. This woman went so far as to have me reposition the bags in my cart to her liking before walking away from the checkout and was just had really, really terrible energy. I hope whatever was causing her to be so unpleasant is rectified and she finds some happiness. Because right now whatever her issues are are making her intolerable to be around. Even by strangers

Jada, Aushante, & Mackenzie are all awesome! We had an UberEats pickup for a 75" flat screen TV, and they all went above and beyond to load it into our car for us. If their boss is reading this, they deserve a raise! 💰

Actually I've of the better Walmarts around it's a like Walmart but atmosphere is nice they have things granite City doesn't have that's why I drive all the way up there for a better selection and atmosphere

Everytime I go to walmart they never have the other side of self checkout open which limits the amount of people that can check out. Which makes it difficult for people to get what they need done in a timely manner. If they are just gonna keep them closed then bring back the moloyes and actual lanes for checkout.
