U-M Kellogg Eye Center Optical Shop - Ann Arbor

I haven't had a problem with the employees, however the customers can be racist. I have experienced racism throughout my life, but this day this old European lady was bold. I signed my daughter name in so that she can get her glasses, as I walked back towards a sit to sit down a European lady placed her papers onto a empty chair I wanted to sit in. I have a fused spine and hip replacement and I can't stand for a long period of time. I walked out in shame and hurt. After a few minutes of calming myself down I goes back in and she looks at me and smirks. Her name was called and I sat down in the sit I was going to sit in originally. I taken pictures of her. Don't be a racist you never know what other people who doesn't look like you are capable of.

Heather was super helpful as usual! She is very knowledgeable & has excellent communication skills. Heather has a fun sense of style.

Sometimes have to wait a bit, but I've always had a good experience, especially with Kalli. The workers are honest in a helpful way

I have been seeing Doctor Roa since he first performed surgery on my eye in 2016,as far as I'm concerned Dr. Roa and the Kellogg Eye Clinic are the greatest place to have your eyes taken care of.

Very disappointed with my experience here. Ordered reading glasses on July 16th and they never called me to let me know they were in. Three weeks later I called them and they said they had not been ordered, that they would order them and contact me back with more information. THEY NEVER DID! Now it is September and I have left countless messages (they won't ever answer the phone) with them and they still have not contacted me back. I almost never leave bad reviews anywhere but this one I cannot ignore.
