Medically I think they're pretty good, but the waiting time is ridiculous. I've been to Warsaw twice in Batavia once and they just make you wait and wait and wait in the waiting room. Then you go back to the room and then you go to another room and then you wait again. I thought that's what appointments were for
The doctor was wonderful, but the staff (with the exception of one man who checks patients out at the end) are miserable and rude. If you can go to the providers at one of the other locations, I would recommend that, but the Warsaw office staff are miserable and unfriendly.
I had my first visit with Dr. White on 5/14/25. I found him to be a very caring, professional doctor. I encountered some problems that were unexpected and he competently explained every aspect of what was happening in a calm, reassuring way. I was very impressed with his professionalism and demeanor.
One of the nicest drs I have ever met. He made sure that I understood everything he had done and answered all my questions. He didn’t make me feel like they were dumb questions. I will always go back to him. He was very thorough and helpful.
I have macular degeneration in both eyes and have been seeing Dr. Kwan for eye injections every 2 months for the past 4 years. I LOVE HIM, his office staff, and his technicians. They have always been cordial and helpful and Dr. Kwan is definitely at the top of his game. He's so thoughtful following my injections and makes certain that I'm okay. Having worked with the public myself I can say that it's a difficult job so I always try to be amiable and without a doubt I have been very blessed with the kindness of Dr. Kwan and his staff as they return that friendly spirit to me.
