From booking the appointment to picking up the glasses, the staff was extremely professional, friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you. Kelly the Optician went above and beyond with her services, she's wonderful. UES gets 5 stars from me!! I would definitely recommend to friends and family!!

Horrible!!!!over a month trying to get correct lenses.. receptionist rolls her eyes at me...very rude and unprofessional.
