I visited one time and got a parking fine for fifty dollars. They apparently repaved and no longer need signs to write tickets. This is dirty and I'll gladly go to a different hospital for my Therapy. There are thousands of signs everywhere on the campus except here. That's why everyone parks here because it is available. Do you see any signs in these pictures?

Bowell Physical Therapy / Rehabilitation continues to have severe scheduling issues that make it nearly impossible to be seen by a professional. If you are able to get an appointment, the care is excellent

In my experience, staff walking the halls are all very friendly and are willing to help people out if needed. I have been all over this hospital. The ER is the worst experience in terms of care. The staff are not as friendly in the ER. I saw some nurses without gloves or wearing the same gloves in multiple rooms. Surgical ICU was traumatic for me, but I had the best most caring RN, Jasmine. The Seidman center is excellent in terms of care and quality. The plastic surgery Dept. is outstanding! (Dr. Aldeek and his staff are wonderful). Other than the ER and being downtown with parking, the hospital appears well managed overall.

Subject: Disappointing Experience with Bolwell Rehabilitation Scheduling Process I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the scheduling process for outpatient therapy at Bolwell Rehabilitation following my total knee replacement. Despite leaving multiple messages, I did not receive a timely return call. When someone finally responded, the individual was not only unhelpful but also rude during the phone conversation. I initially reached out in the second week of March, knowing my in-home therapy would soon be ending. However, I was told there were no available appointments until the latter part of April. As a part-time employee of University Hospitals, I was attempting to schedule therapy sessions around my work schedule, but I found the Bolwell process to be frustrating and lacking in both empathy and flexibility. The entire experience left me feeling helpless and dismissed. In contrast, I want to commend the team at UH Parma Rehabilitation, who were kind, professional, and truly helpful throughout my care. The difference in patient experience between the two locations was striking. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Bolwell Rehabilitation to others seeking compassionate and efficient care.

Tried setting up a new patient visit with a prospective PCP Dr. Gautham Rao. Was put into an examination room them not spoken to for an hour. I had to leave so I checked out. No care given. Clearly UH Main campus does not care about interal/family medicine. Do not come here if you are looking for a new primary care physician.
