Had a great appointment at the women’s center. Everyone I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. I also got labs before I left at the Quest location housed inside this location. I wanted to give a shoutout to Nakesha, as she was fabulous. She joked with me and made me feel comfortable, even after all the vials of blood she had to take. Great experience, would recommend this location to others.

Im leaving this review to file a complaint regarding the treatment my 9-year-old daughter and I received during her dental appointment today. While my daughter was being treated, a front desk employee came into the treatment area and announced that the appointment needed to end because my daughter's insurance had not gone through. I attempted to provide updated insurance information, but the employee was dismissive, stated "she couldn't do anything without the policy number" and spoke to me unprofessional and in a disrespectful manner in front of other patients. She called security on me but she was the aggressor. After the appointment, the dentist personally scheduled my daughter's next two visits because she did not want me to interact with the front desk staff. However, after I left the office, I received a MyChart notification that both appointments had been canceled without my knowledge or consent. I have contacted Patient Advocacy because this experience was completely unacceptable. I expect patients and also their families to be treated with professionalism and respect, and I hope this matter is investigated so no one else has a similar experience. My daughter is TRAUMATIZED.
I had a very frustrating experience at this location (Dental office at 12:00 pm 3/30/26) . I brought my son in for a scheduled appointment, and the front desk refused to check us in because I didn’t have my physical insurance card—even though our insurance is already on file. What made the situation worse was the receptionist’s response—she stated, “this is how we get paid,” instead of trying to help or verify the insurance another way. It came across as dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters more confusing, my son was seen at this same office just a few months ago with no issue and no card required. After leaving, I called another location within the same network, and they were able to quickly find our insurance in the system and reschedule us without any problem. The inconsistency and lack of willingness to assist were disappointing. When you’re dealing with children and appointments, there should be more effort to help families rather than turning them away over something that is already documented. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the customer service at the front desk.
Horribly managed! My wife was scheduled at 315. We sat in our room until 430. If she’d been 10 minutes late she would have been forced to reschedule and billed. Disgrace of an office
UH billing and office separation is insane. People work all over and live in completely different places, so why can we not take our kids when they are sick to a location that is most convenient for a sick kid and a working parent. Also it’s $400 for a provider visit but $900 just to use your facility. Ummm come again? No one does that, that’s insane. I’ve lived in 5 metropolitan areas now and this is ridiculous compared to others. How do you get off charging ppl $900 on top of the cost of the visit just because we were there? This is just another failure of the health care system that will hopefully and likely lead to their demise. People won’t stand for this much longer.
