I hope I never have to use the Unity Health Network Seasons Rd. Facility again. My regular Dr. Laura Meyer whom I love and have been a patient of since 2003 was unable to see me for a UTI. So Unity Health sent me to the Seasons Rd Location. I was seen by Lauren Stackpol and was at first very pleased with appointment and help she offered to me, to help clear up my UTI and symptoms. What I am unhappy about is the fact that I was told my Urne specimen would not only be tested for a positive UTI but would also be looked at with microscope to make sure I didnt have the same serious strain of infection I had back in October 2025. Come to find out no microscope diagnosis and after 3 days of low dose antibiotic I am still in pain and feel my infection is getting worse and not better. I called Unity Health Network Seasons Rd. Location yesterday afternoon and left a message for them to talk to Lauren Stackpol about calling in a new stronger dose high tier with pain relief pharmacy prescription. No response back whatsoever. No new prescription, no contact back from anyone about my phone call request nothing. If my symptoms get any worse I will be going to The Summa Health Medical System on Fishcreek Rd in Stow. Where I know for a fact that my symptoms will be taken seriously, my diagnosis will be probably determined my properly testing my urne sample with microscope and will be given the proper medication, so my infection doesn't turn sepsis like it almost did in October 2025.

Dr Gedeon is the most caring and compassionate doctor I’ve ever seen. She is through, doesn’t miss anything. One of her strong points is she explains everything in terms patients understand. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Highly recommended
This location is beautiful and very spacious, which I prefer. It is well-run, efficient, and I am in and out in no time. My doctor is Erika Hannigan, and I am very pleased with her care. She is easygoing, knowledgeable, quick, and to the point, but will give you the attention needed. I mostly use the patient portal for medication refills, which couldn't be easier; however, any messages I have sent do get responded to.
Dr Gedeon at Unity Health Seasons rd is terrible! Doesn’t listen to you. She is not even my regular doctor, I had to see her because my regular Dr is on leave. All I saw her for was I needed a prescription refill. She took it upon herself tomorrow lower the prescribed amount. No reason. One I’ve been on for 30 yrs. Was not having any problems with it at all. It’s a prescription that has been written by four different Drs over the years who apparently thought the prescription amount was ok. I will never go to her again. If I ever have to again I will not go to Unity again. And I have been there over 20 yrs. Edit: not only did Dr Gedeon change the amount of my prescription but when I went to pick it up from pharmacy on January 27th the day it was due to be filled, I found she had post dated it so I wasn’t able to pick it up till February 1. I left her 2 messages to tell her I would be out of medicine by than and could she fix the date to the right one. No response back from her. So I went without my medicine for 5 days. No excuse for not responding to my messages and I think very unprofessional of her. I have never come across such an arrogant, unresponsive, Doctor as she is.
The quality of this practice has really gone downhill since I started as a patient in 2021. They do not respond to patient portal messages and their phone lines are not handled by anyone who is actually present in the building or a part of your health care team. I have repeatedly been told my medications would be handled by this office, that they have received and replied to my messages when they have not, and am frankly feeling a great deal of medical gaslighting from this practice. This was not always my experience and I was a fan of my nurse practitioner for a long time, but ever since this office moved from the old location in Hudson (near the movie theater, Joann's) over to Seasons Rd, the quality has been very poor.
