Ultravision

I had my annual visual acuity exam today, and I wanted to highlight the excellent care I received. The technician who assisted me was fantastic , she made a point of letting me know every piece of equipment had been cleaned before use, which put me completely at ease throughout the exam. That kind of attentiveness to hygiene and patient comfort doesn't go unnoticed, and it made the whole visit feel professional and reassuring. I also have to give a special mention to Dr. Tony Starck, who was wonderful throughout my visit , knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. It's clear the whole team takes patient experience seriously.

It took a month to get my glasses because they didn't send the order in until two weeks after I had paid them. Then they lied about why it was taking so long. I finally got someone to tell me the truth the day before my glasses came in. This outfit is definitely the B team, or lower. Steer clear of them. You can find better in New Braunfels. They didn't even earn a full one star rating.

N/E San Antonio Texas location. I'm over 70 years old and treat BAD by black doctor. I called Cinderella servin branch manager. I was charged an extra $ 40.00 she mentioned i would get. My $40. Back.about 6 months later later. Not a penny return. I mentioned i will write a review. She told me Not to. I left messages for. Tomy. Starck. Owner. He refused to call me be careful with this company.

Really incredible experience, everyone was great And I saw back perfect after my surgery

Very clean and staff is friendly. Very helpful and answered every question I had. Would recommend this place to any one and everyone!
