Yanique often seems unhappy in her role or uncomfortable with the demographic she serves. She tends to be dismissive, and her attitude can come across as unpleasant. She also appears easily frustrated when patients ask clarifying questions or advocate for themselves. Not only was she very short with me, but she was also short with the elderly patient who came in after me.
Service at Sharper Vision is quick yet thorough. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for efficient and caring eye care!
Sharper Vision have amazing service, everybody is so kind and professional. They also have great selection of glasses that me and my siblings enjoy, we have been customers for a while and enjoy checking the variety of glasses selections that they offer. I sometimes have a hard time making final decisions and the and the staff were very welcome and happy to help me make a final decision, which I really love. Their honest opinion is appreciated every time by our family. :)
