I have been going here for years and love it. The new Dr is very nice (sorry,I've forgotten her name) and she answers all your questions and really takes her time with you. The rest of the staff has been nothing but nice and helpful in helping you choose frames, doing adjustments, and answering questions. Highly recommend!

I went there today, as the UPMC concierge said they were in-network. I walked in, and to my left were half a dozen people huddled in some chairs in a waiting room the size of a closet. The receptionist was in a booth that looked like a theatre ticket counter. I asked if I could just have a look at the frames and she refused, saying I needed to make an appointment. REALLY?? An appointment just to look? Forget them. I got a great deal elsewhere and beautiful frames.

Called to see about my insurance they take it got an appointment in a few hours after I called both girls working friendly and nice even helped me on what frames to get easy to find the place will be back

I called to ask a question about if they accepted Medicaid the women was VERY rude she said in a sassy tone"well what plan do you have"I then replied to her the plan she then said nope laughed and said "OK"!then hung up. Were have all the polite well mannered people went?sad very sad a simple question just bothered her.

I had a great experience over all! They were patient, kind & attentive. Didn't wait long to be seen at all. I would recommend them to my family & friends. I really like my glasses too.
