Unique Family Eyecare

This is my second year coming to Unique. I have seen both doctors and they are both delightful and courteous. I do feel they should work on their front desk personnel. They are not as courteous. My visit was on July 11, 2026 with Dr. Chacko. Upon entering they were not attentive. After checking out the first person was on her phone and did not acknowledge where I should go to her or the other receptionist. Otherwise, the doctors are amazing and are definitely my vision doctors.

Dr. Lynns Chacko at Unique Family Eyecare is awesome! She was my optometrist and she really did a great job checking my eyes. She was super personal and made my kids feel very comfortable the whole time. Dr. Chacko went over our exam thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and was actually a blast to talk with. The visit felt relaxed and fun instead of the usual rushed appointment. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a caring and thorough eye doctor who’s great with families. We’ll definitely be going back!

Relaxed yet professional and friendly environment. Everyone worked as a team to attend to customers. The doctor addressed my vision concerns with patience and thorough explanation. Matthew was also attentive and helpful when choosing the best frames and lenses that I needed. Excellent service and atmosphere.

I wish I could give 2 separate reviews, the girl at the front desk did not take the time to look up my information and was ready to charge me for something that I did not order, she said I didn't finish checking (which I did 2 days prior and called to verify) she was rushing me, which I did not like. Dr. Monique is the reason why I gave 5 stars, I totally loved her, she was friendly, kind and I had a great visit with her and yes she is my new doctor.

My exam with Dr. Chacko was fantastic! She was very kind and took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered clearly and thoughtfully. I felt really comfortable and well cared for throughout the visit. Highly recommend her!
