The doctor is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. So are the staff. Smooth exam, no pressure frame selection from a wide variety of options. Happy with the whole visit.
On our way home my son remarked, "I really like buying glasses there. It's a very calming atmosphere there." The place is calming because of Dr Olswang and her kind staff. My whole family goes there for all our eye check-ups, glasses and contact lenses. The combination of personal attention, competence, and care is rare and Dr Olswang provides all; thank you!
Dr. Stacy Olswang is great! My husband and I went for eye exam + contacts and she was super nice, professional, and patient with us. I think it has been one of my best experiences with an optometrist (and I've been wearing glasses for over 15 years). I totally recommend her!
My daughter tried contacts for the first time. Dr. Olswang was incredibly patient and helpful as she worked through learning to put them in and remove them. The patience and calm that Dr, Olswang exhibits for her patients made my young daughter want to see only her! Also her office space is impeccable and welcoming. We highly recommend her.
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Olswang! We arrived, filled out the paperwork and were seen immediately. Dr. Olswang was thorough, polite and made sure to address any concerns we had with expert care. My husband and I both found glasses frames that we loved easily, and they took any ones we tried on to sanitize them before re-facing them. They followed all the COVID precautions (sanitizing equipment, masks, etc.) and we felt very safe. So glad we found them and are already looking forward to our next eye appointments! :)
