I truly appreciate how efficiently I was able to be seen, without a long wait. Everyone at the front desk was courteous and professional. I also valued the time the doctor Nayab Rifat, MD and nurse Myrna took to thoroughly discuss my concerns and ongoing treatment. She listened attentively, provided the care I needed, answered all my questions, and offered helpful referrals to specialists. I really liked her personality and am looking forward to having her as my new primary care provider.

We have been coming here for over two years because Dr. Noonan was recommended to us by our insurance. We like him and he is very nice & a good doctor. A family member got shoulder surgery but soon after the surgery, they told us they couldn’t see our family member anymore because the insurance no longer cover it. We had to return because there were complications with the shoulder and the ER told us to go back to the Dr. who did the surgery. I was disappointed to see that the front desk staff were very unfriendly, no greeting, no smile, it was very transactional and not helpful. The last time we were here, we were 5 minutes late and we were told by an unfriendly front staff member that we were late & had to wait until the last patient was seen. We were seen after over an hour. Some of the staff in the back are very friendly and the doctors are okay but the space needs to be upgraded. The rooms are a bit outdated & the consent forms are done by the front desk staff, you just sign in the pad without reading what you are signing, which is a bit bizarre. Other offices have iPads.

My wife saw Dr. Golod this week, and we had a great experience. Dr. Golod was attentive and professional, and Eduart, the medical assistant, was outstanding. Eduart was very kind, understanding, professional, and helpful throughout the visit. He made my wife feel comfortable and took the time to answer questions with patience and compassion. We truly appreciate the excellent care and would highly recommend this office.

This was the first time I’d seen anyone at UT Physicians and was really impressed. The staff checked me in readily and reminded me of my scheduled appointment time. I was taken in early for an X-ray, did prep paperwork with a nurse and saw Dr Noonan right after. I appreciated the timeliness of the process and the time with the dr.

It was my first time visiting Dr. Behrooz Saffari, and I had a very positive experience. He is extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen carefully and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I’m very happy to have him as my doctor and highly recommend him.
