Great eye doctors and office!! I was very impressed with the level of service and quality provided by the team at University Eye Care. Everything ran smoothly and they did a wonderful job at explaining to me what was going to happen at each step. No surprises and they spent all the time I needed to address my questions.
The rating is for the front staff not the doctors, but they told me on the phone they accept my health insurance so I booked an appointment and I came into my appointment only for them to tell me they can’t find my insurance after asking for all my information. I called a different office and they said they see my insurance and pulled it up instantly and they said they can pull it up with just my name and birthday. Front staff definitely need better training.
Dr. Agatha Obertynski is truly an exceptional doctor. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen and make you feel comfortable and understood. Her professionalism and genuine care make every visit a positive experience. Her staff is also great—friendly, efficient, and very welcoming. I’m very grateful to be in such good hands and highly recommend Dr. Obertynski.
