The staff was excellent very informative, friendly, and patient, especially as I was indecisive. They helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. The pickup process was quick, and now my vision is crystal clear. I highly recommend checking them out.
I love this Team! Regina & Joy in the front office are so knowledgeable, nice, and give awesome customer service. Great doctor too! I have been a patient here for 10 years and love how professional and caring this team is! Everything is very clean too! It’s also convenient to have this office inside the Eyemart Express!
Dr. Patel was wonderful. Explained each part of the eye exam and showed me the pictures of the back of my eyes and told me everything looked healthy. Staff was very helpful with new prescription glasses.
Joy was wonderful. She is always smiling and brings that happiness to others. My insurance card was not cooperating. She tried several different ways to make it work. Dr. Ruh Patel was very thorough with my exam. She listened to my concerns and fully checked everything. She explained everything and why this was necessary. Dr. Ankur Patel is also a doctor who cares for his patients. I did not see him today but other occasions. I recommend Upstate Vision!!
Dr. Patel and his assistant, Joy, are amazing. Both very kind and professional. Easy to talk to. Welcoming and warm ambiance in the office. Dr. Patel is very, very thorough. He is young and has a great personality. I've been seeing him once or twice a year for over four years. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyes.
