Love this office! Dr. Bauder is very knowledgeable and takes her time to ensure you feel comfortable and understand everything. Her assistant helped me pick the perfect pair of frames, she was so pleasant and helpful. I recommend this office 110%! It's a 30 minute drive from my house, however she came highly recommended. I would drive for hours to come here for the top notch service and care. Thank you!
We really love using Uptown Eye Care with Dr. Bauder. With having two little ones, the entire staff are always exceptionally patient and kind to us. We love the location, just north of Uptown, with a small lot right behind the historic building that houses the office. Making appointments is always easy, and it never takes more than a week to get in. LOVE the service and care we get at UEC!
Spectacular shop! The owner is amazing. The whole staff has customer friendly support and are always professional and inviting. I feel like I am a VIP customer each and every visit. With convenient appointment hours and options for pickup / delivery, this is a huge win for Westerville- their private parking makes it quick and easy to get in and out an their insurance friendly (and knowledgeable) staff make picking out our family specs and contacts a breeze. This business also gives back to the community and invests where they live and work. I see Dr. Bauder and team at many school festivals and 4th Friday. So happy to have found this amazing business in historic Westerville.
From Abbey at the front desk to Dr Bauder, I felt so comfortable from the moment that I walked in the front door. Misty Bauder really, truly CARES… and she is such a wonderful perso ! it’s such a wonderful feeling to be able to trust her with my eye health
Adorable, stylish building in the heart of Uptown Westerville. Small area for parking in the back and the building is easily accessible. Complementary coffee and tea in the cozy waiting area and short wait time (morning on a weekday.) Dr. Bauder was very nice, knowledgeable, and took her time to explain things. I was sent home with several types of contacts to try as I normally don't wear them and don't particularly like to. She told me to come back in about a month and I can choose which one I would like to stick with. I was also provided with my Eyeglasses Rx even though I came in for contacts. Other eye doctors have always made me take a separate exam for that Rx and of course pay another exam fee. I'm thoroughly impressed with the care of this practice and will continue to give them my business!
