They got me in pretty quickly. The staff was quite nice as always. Dr. Jennifer got a good look at my eye photos and spotted an issue (retinal hemorrage) in both eyes, and immediately contacted and referred me to go to OSU's Havener Eye Institute (Which they got me in at 3pm the same day. Thanks to Dr. Jen for getting a step on what could've be a real serious and severe situation! Greatly appreciated!
I called looking for a Saturday appointment for an eye exam and even though they were booked out on Saturdays they were very friendly on the phone so I decided to take a long lunch from work to get my exam done and they were able to fit me in the same day I called. I showed up early to my appointment and didn’t have to wait too long before being seen. The eye doctor and the assistant were both very polite and informative. My new prescription was explained along with my benefits for my insurance, 10/10 service and 10/10 atmosphere highly recommended!
I have been going to professional vision care for years. As always, my experience was top notch. Dr. Stuttler was on time and efficient. She answered all of my questions directly, but did not make me feel rushed. I appreciate her candidness and caring demeanor. I will continue to schedule my appointments with her as I appreciate her bedside manner.
Great experience from check in to choosing glasses. Dr. Stutler is thorough, explains what she is doing and shows what she sees on eye scans. I totally trust the care at Professional Vision, and especially with Dr. Stacey Stutler.
