I have been seeing Dr. Megan Baureis for several years at Uptown Eyes and she gives excellent and extremely thorough care. The space is extremely inviting and welcoming. Extra touches from the coffee bar to amenities in the restroom. Every detail has been thought of. I highly recommend Uptown Eyes and I recommend them every time anyone is looking for an eye doctor. I’ve been a patient at Uptown Eyes for about seven years now, and I’ve never felt the need to go anywhere else. Every visit has been a really positive experience. Dr. Baureis always takes the time to go over my scans, answer questions, and I never feel rushed. She really makes me feel seen, and I truly appreciate the level of care I get there. Dana, the optician, is another reason I prefer Uptown Eyes over other places to order glasses. She is incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely helpful, and always makes the process of choosing lenses seem easy. I know I can trust her recommendations. The office is modern, clean, and well-equipped with up-to-date technology, and it has a really welcoming feel. The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I walk in. I’d definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great eye care from a team that genuinely cares.

I am so happy with Uptown eyes. Good things begin as you are greeted walking through the door. It’s more a feeling of being "welcomed in" rather just being “checked in”. Everyone seems to be happy that they are a part of the team vs. just having a job. I love my Doctor Viviano! If I must have something that needs “watching”, then I wouldn’t want anyone else watching it for me.

Had bought some sunglasses during one of their trunk shows for a great deal with help from Patrick (the most stylish person in the world) to make sure they looked good on me because it’s so hard to tell on yourself sometimes. But when they came in, Patrick did not love how they were made so he let me keep the old ones while new ones came in and fit them perfectly for me! Love them and love the attention to detail at Uptown Eyes. Highly recommend!

Uptown Eyes is such a welcoming atmosphere with wonderful staff, outstanding services and a fantastic accomodating space with an excellent selection of eyewear. They deeply care about their patients as well as supporting the artwork of local artists adorning their walls. I highly recommend !
