I went with my sister to take my nephew to get checked we were all nervous not knowing what all was going to happen. Once we got in we were greeted by the front office, the girl that check us in was a Hispanic young girl and one of the sweetest persons we have encountered in a clinic. She greeted me and my sister and even acknowledge my nephew who is autistic. While we waited to be seen we watch and heard how she interacted with every parent and child that came in. Her compassion and care for everyone who comes in is felt you can just hear it and feel it by how she approaches you. We didn't catch her name but she's the hispanic young lady who seems to be the only one who speaks Spanish.

We had an amazing experience at the clinic, every interaction was professional. Special shout out to Claire, the orthoptist, who took her time to explain everything to me and answer ALL of my questions! Thank you guys for making this experience a positive one for me and my child!

Do not go here with high expectations! Dr wang or whatever her name is the worse eye dr I have ever taken my child to see. We spent 2 hours in this place and saw her for 5 min. She didn’t have an answer for any of my questions and told me to ask other people the answers she should know. She is a specialist. A horrible one. Not to mention I don’t think she even read my sons chart to know anything about him and this bogus RX she gave me is ridiculous!!! I work for a private eye Dr and the RX that I’ve gotten from my Dr is completely different than hers. She didn’t even use any of the machines on him, didn’t do a refraction or anything just put her special lens to his eye and said nothing to him and came up with an RX. That isn’t how you get an RX… Then she was like if he don’t like glasses why even give and RX. Ummm you’re getting paid to do this job. Just the worst ever!

1.) Their text message confirmation tells you to come 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. My 2 year old and I got there and were told to come back in 15 mins or wait. Why not just fix your text message? You serve a pediatric population, it’s hard enough to get a toddler out of the door already. It will save both of us time. 2.) The medical assistant who did our intake acted like she had better things to do. She kept sighing and looking at her watch. She was very cold and should not be working with children. 3.) This clinic requires ALL new patients to be dilated yet this was NEVER relayed to the parent. The appointment can last 2-3 hours. The child will be impacted by the dilation. Direct quote by the medical assistant: “he will complain that he can’t see for a few days”. If we were told about this required procedure we could have prepared our child and ourselves better. We obviously did not consent and will be going to a clinic that values their patients’ time.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. The worst experience with any doctor I’ve had for my son. We came in when my son was 3 months old. To start, the first nurse that was supposed to do the initial assessment was incredibly impatient with him and us. My son was crying (duh, he’s a baby) and that frustrated the nurse and she was getting irritated with us because we weren’t sure how to assist her (& she was giving absolutely no direction in what she needed from us). She spent MAYBE 2 minutes attempting to assess him & finally just threw her hands up and said “I’m just gonna get the doctor to come in”. So we waited. Dr. Wang came in and without even saying hello first, she said “Why are you even here? We can’t do anything, the baby is like 2 weeks old” So not only was she rude and unprofessional from the start, but she did not even glance at his chart first to even see his actual age or see that we had be told by multiple doctors to get my son’s eyes checked. I then explained to her why we were there and my son’s actual age. And her response was “well we still can’t really do much but I guess we’ll just dilate his eyes and see” I wish I would’ve just walked out right then and there. But I let them continue. She sort of looked at his eyes after the dilation, but she too was frustrated with us because we did not know how she would like us to assist her. Both me & my husband felt very disrespected and like our son was not worth even trying to look at. We will absolutely not be returning.
