This is THE BEST optometrist you can find! ❤️🥹 Dr. Valdez is seriously the most professional and caring optometrist, and I strongly recommend anyone with any optometry need to visit Dr. Valdez, and you'll be in such excellent hands. One lens of my friend's glasses had fallen off for a while as its string broke, and he just used some soft glue-ish thing to hold the lens and the frame together. The first 3 shops I visited in this area either said they were unable to fix it, or told me "this is complicated and will take many hours to finish, and it won't be ready until tomorrow" (Pure BS...), and I told myself I'd not give up without one more try. Turned out my 4th attempt at Dr. Valdez's office was more than successful, closer to miraculous -- They examined the glasses very warmly and kindly (even though I ran into them closing the store for a quick break when I arrived), and told me to come back in a bit as it would take only ~5 mins for them to fix it. 🤯 And they did it!!! What's even more heartwarming and extremely sweet is that Dr. Valdez insisted this was a free service no matter how I strongly I wanted to pay, and asked me "to have a good weekend" in turn.😭 "Grateful", "amazed", "moved", "blessed"... none of these words is sufficient enough to express how much I appreciate this wonderful doctor. I wish I took a photo of the glasses in its old form to show how silly it looked, but even without comparison, you should trust me when I say Dr. Valdez's work is beyond perfection (I can't even tell which one was broken if I didn't know it in advance!) ✨ Thank you so so much for being such a wonderful doctor & person as you are, Dr. Valdez!!! You deserve all the beautiful things in this world ❤️🙏

Dr. Valdez is absolutely the real deal. I have a very uncommon issue involving multiple issues with a single eye with double vision blurriness retinal detachment... I have had two other times I've tried to get a good glasses prescription and both times it failed horribly where I could not see once I received the glasses. Dr Valdez took her time in troubleshooting through some of the issues to find a solution that gave literally 2020 Vision back. She had to pull out some Contraptions and really do her legwork on knocking out each individual issue has it arrived with the trying to find a perfect prescription. Very pleased with the end result. I conclusion, the experience of the doctor and helpful friendly nature of Angel at the front desk provided for me a service that was above and beyond. Highly recommend

Wonderful experience, I was able to get a last minute appointment with Dr Valdez and she was very thorough and kind. She gave me many options to explore for new contacts rather than just giving me a prescription.

I loved that they have an online appointment system which was very easy to use, it's much easier to find a good appointment time. Everyone in the office was super friendly, it was a great experience with Dr. Valdez. I called very last minute to rush a contact lens order and they were able to hop on it before the day ended which I appreciate immensely! This has become my new optometrist.
