Avoid this place. The facility procedures WILL be a major problem for you. A simple call leads to an extensive hold time. The receptionist, wholly out of their depth will routinely block you from speaking to your doctor or even properly route calls. In one case they injected themselves into my referral process even though they had no idea what they were talking about. I'm a mild mannered person, I've had ti escalate repeatedly and actually bypass reception and show up directly multiple times.

Phenomenal clinic doing great work in a much-needed location in the San Fernando Valley area. The Optometry Department made my first time getting contacts and new frames so easy. Dr. Cheung provided expert advice and work with me in-depth to ensure I was comfortable using my contacts and answered all my questions thoroughly and provided additional info I hadn't considered. Also, for last-minute/rush appointments, the nursing team was incredibly accommodating and Dr. Lee's patient engagement is exceptional. Would recommend to everyone, especially if you're in the SFV area.
My wife and I had an appointment at this Valley Healthcare center with Doctor Nowakhtar to get a referral. She was very polite, friendly and helpful with us by answering all our questions. The staff was also great and this place has a lot of parking.
Horrible place, they are treat you like cattle - take a number. I have been dealing with Dr Nowalter a Gyno, and she has been a nightmare, I have not been able to fill my RX for 4 months now, I am switching doctors as we speak, it has been a complete waste time and utter chaos to deal with this place. any question you have, they book a telehealth appointment, so I have had 15 appointments with them and still no RX, the Rx she prescribed was super complicated, she told me to get 1/10th of the bottle, I asked CVS to show me what 1/10 looks like and told me to get the pump, which is what my old obgyn prescribed, I asked her again, with one more appointment I had to pay for and she yelled at me and said I need to buy from amazon a 5ml syringe with a twist cap, and put half, I just did that, and the contents of my medications spilled everywhere, so I ended wasting 2 tubes bc it was really hard to get this gel medication into the tubes, and I do not have the time or the energy for this complicated way of administering this drug. I asked her to please make it easier to give me the pump, where I would just need to press the pump, and she refused. Hence I am now going to new doctor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A HUMAN BEING. THEY ARE GOD AWFUL. NIGHTMARE
I don’t recommend coming to this clinic at all, personal is rude and they are not empathetic at all. My appointment was cancelled because “I was late” by 9 minutes. I got here on time but there was no one on the front desk to direct me to the OBYGYN, I had to go room for asking if they could help me out. I was finally told where I was supposed to be going and by that time it was already late. Apparently courtesy time is not a thing here, the lady told me it didn’t matter if I was 1 minute late they weren’t taking me in. I tried to explain the situation to her but she only rolled her eyes and said she could reschedule my appointment for next month. I waited for this appointment more than 3 months, they were supposed to complete an urgent procedure. Guess is not urgent enough for them.
