I was 6 hours from home and realized I’d forgotten my daily contact lenses. I was close so I called them and they were lovely- more than willing to help. 30 minutes later they had verified my prescription and I was on my way with enough lenses to last me through my trip. 1 million stars for excellent customer service - thank you!!!!!

My daughter had an eye emergency, after going to Urgent Care she was suppose to follow up the next day with an eye doctor. Her normal Optometrist recently retired so I told her to call the office to see if they was accepting new patients. They actually gave her an appointment for that day! The staff is more than willing to help you in anyway & Dr Deibert provides great care to his patients. You will NOT be treated as “just another patient” in this office!
