Both of my parents have seen Dr Swamynathan for years. She is caring, professional and knowledgeable, but almost always runs behind schedule, often by more than an hour. It can be quite frustrating. The overall practice is always busy and crowded, but I don’t know if other doctors here have the same level of delay as Dr Swami.
I had a great experience during my eye exam visit. The doctor was very kind, took the time to clearly explain my situation, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. When it came to selecting my glasses, everything went smoothly. The staff member assisting me was very helpful and provided clear, detailed information about my insurance coverage, which made the process much easier. Overall, a very positive experience with professional and attentive service. I would definitely recommend this place!
Jessica is the BEST. I walked in feeling so nervous about getting contacts, and she was so patient and kind. She helped me work through my anxiety and gave me so many helpful tips and tricks. Would highly recommend seeing if you’re interested in getting contacts!!

I would give six stars if allowed. My eyesight through my new Bausch & Lomb Envy interocular lens placed by Dr. Gagnon has taken my blurry, “freeway signs unreadable” right eye vision and made everything brighter, sharper and readable. I am only one week out from my surgery and I am astounded by the improvement! If you have cataracts, get an IOL from Dr. Gagnon asap. Can’t wait to test my new vision out in Tahoe hiking, paddle boarding and skiing. Update: One month later and I’m still annoying my wife with exclamations about how well I can see now. Have to seriously consider getting my left eye done now. Right eye = 20/20 for distance.
