First and definitely not the last time visiting Vally hi Optical. William has went beyond satisfying my needs as a first time guess with essential hospitality as well as expertise. I came in for a simple change of the lens getting to pass a DMV vision test left with more knowledge about how to actually purchase the right frames as well lens to match my needs. Definitely not my last time love the deal and customer service experience. Excellence at it's finest!

Great staff, super friendly and great prices to boot. Got my lenses done a few minutes after picking my frames. Definitely coming back.

Hi, I was looking for a new place to get my eye exam and glasses and I found this one. It is closer to home but I would like to say that I got wonderful service. There were two young men to help me but William was outstanding. It’s not very crowded so you get a more personal one on one service. Nice atmosphere and great prices. I got my eye exam right next door. I highly recommend them. Very professional, courteous and affordable.

I received my glasses the same day with 15mins after get my prescription. William was great. He helped me pick out frames that was perfect for my face shape 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.

This place takes so long to help you! You’ll wait weeks for your glasses and they say they’ll call and they won’t you have to keep calling or walking in!!! I’ll be changing my kids eye doctor.
