This place takes forever to do anything for you. It took over TWO MONTHS to get my glasses and I never got a call or email updating me on any issues what’s so ever. I had to literally drive all the way to the freaking office because my calls were going unanswered just to be told oh there’s issues with your glasses so we sent them back. I said I never got a call and the lady at the front desk says yes I called you and I said no, you did it. We can check right now, checked and of course she never called me. I even have the number saved so I knew that was a total lie. She then said oh I told your dad I have to tell her that my dad’s not me and she needs to call me and tell me if there’s issues with my glasses so I waited well over two months. When I finally got a call that they arrive I show up before 4:30 PM on a Saturday because they said they close at 4:30 PM and the freaking place is closed. Unbelievable dude I’m switching providers as soon as my insurance renewal comes up. This is ridiculous. You can’t even file a complaint either because they’ll keep the same people in their spot and not correct the behavior.
