I had a wonderful experience at this office! From the moment we walked in, the office was clean, modern, and very impressive. It really feels like they’re up to date with the latest technology. The doctor was absolutely amazing. This was my daughter Priscilla’s first time getting contact lenses, and she was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire appointment. She made Priscilla feel comfortable and confident, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Five out of five stars for her! The staff was also friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience a positive one. The only reason I’m mentioning this is so future patients are aware: when I scheduled our appointments as new patients, I wasn’t told the office was out of network with my vision insurance. As a result, I ended up paying out of pocket for the exam and will also be paying for the contacts, even though my insurance would have covered those costs at an in-network provider. To be fair, I also could have asked, so I share some responsibility. I would just recommend that new patients double-check their insurance coverage before scheduling. Overall, we had a great experience, and I would absolutely recommend this office for the quality of care and excellent customer service.
