I've been going to this clinic for a few years and they're great. Appointments start on time and everyone is very friendly. People are also really great on the glasses side. They are friendly and are really good at explaining how much everything costs with my specific insurance. The only thing is that service can be kind of slow depending on the time of day. Mornings have fewer people and there's usually no wait.

From the girls at the front to Dr. Dalke and even next door where I picked out my frames ~ everyone was fabulous. Every person was friendly, the environment was clean and inviting, and all my questions were answered and explained in language I could understand. Dr. Dalke pulled up photos and exams from years past and explained everything in detail and didn't rush me out the door. Valley Vision is the clear choice if you're looking for great eye care.
I had a great experience at Valley Vision Clinic today. Dr Angie Fitzgerald was fantastic she provided a thorough explanation of what my diagnosis. She spent time like she didn’t have another patient in ten minutes. Happy the fit me in last minute will be my permanent eye doctor.
The appointment itself was good. I liked my doctor well. My issue was with billing. So I got done and ordered some contracts to be picked up later. At that time, I asked to pay in full and just be done with it. They gave me an amount and I then I confirmed with them that that was the full amount and paid. A week or so later, they message me that my contacts were ready to be picked up. I come in and the person who has them says, that I still owe something to which I reply, no I don’t. She says that isn’t my issue, talk to billings. I walk over and ask them what is up. I told them that I was told that I paid all of it and they go “no it looks like you still have to pay the prescription charge”. I was like, “no thank you, I was told that I already paid the full think.” Then one of the workers in Billings goes (no joke) “surprise”. Listen. This charge makes sense to me. I have no issue with it. It’s just when I ask AND confirm that that is all I owe, don’t try and surprise me after. Really really unprofessional.
Dr. Le was so good with my kids and she did a fantastic job with finding the right glasses for each of them. She explains things very well and is very thorough with each visit. Everyone is very professional and very welcoming. I love this place!
