Loved the time spent to be sure I didn't have any questions. Doctors knowledge was great. I really liked that he spent the time to show me my eyes backside, which was fascinating, and to actually talk with me. Was a wonderful experience from the whole staff.
As new clients we found the desk staff to be very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of our insurance needs. Dr. Quach was a joy to work with in discussing vision correction options and possible causes of our current dry issues, and was very efficient in performing the exam. The assistant was also very capable in performing the pre- exam tests. We are very glad we stopped in!
Had my first appointment with them yesterday and it went well. Staff was friendly and personable, the Dr (I believe her name is Judy? She's brand new) was wonderful and explained things very well. They paid attention when I told them what I did and didn't like and found me options that fit those parameters. Great first time experience!
I have been going here for years and have a great experience with everyone I come in contact with there. I usually see Dr. Danny but as he is booked out right now I was able to be seen with Dr. Judy. She is amazing. My first time seeing her and she was so kind and thorough with my visit. I left with a lot if information and a few things to help me. And of course new glasses on the way!
My kiddo and I have both been treated kindly at our various appointments at this practice. There is no pressure to purchase treatments or care that isn't necessary, and staff is approachable and transparent about the what and why of what assessment or care is needed. We will definitely continue to rely on Vision Source in the future.
