This is my 3rd set of glasses from Wal-mart. The Dr. Is so nice each visit. He told me about my stigmatism before valley vision and the best news: my glasses came in 4 days! Not every one can expect as fast of service due to their circumstances but we ordered em on a Tuesday and they called Friday before close of business! Denise and Dave are always so helpful with any questions! I'm a firm believer in the people make the store and you can tell these associates care about their customers! Happy holidays

Worst experience ever. They check your insurance, tell you what your coverage is and you pay the difference at time of order, then you pick up your glasses in a few weeks. All good. But, then a couple of months later you might get a bill for more money with no explanation, no itemization or anything, other than the statement "we did not collect all or part of your co-pay or deductible" even though the insurance paid their normal amount..... hours on the phone with Walmart and Davis Vision won't get an explanation that makes any sense. So I paid the extra $252 just to get done with it and not waste any more time. THEN, two months later I got another bill for $252. They have no record of the other $252 payment, even though I have an email receipt from them and the credit card statement. Now I'm 4 hours on hold trying to talk to a Wallmart customer service rep. Most expensive and biggest hassle for a pair of glasses I have ever purchased in 30 years. Almost qualifies as a scam in my opinion.
Denise helped us get our toddler her first glasses! She was so sweet! She was super helpful with getting our toddler to try on correct lenses and frames!
Denise was very helpful giving me information on lenses. Great customer service skills! Will definitely be returning for future purchases!
