I’ve seen 3 different doctors here and all were just absolutely amazing people. They were so kind and caring every time. They listened and treated me as if I was their only patient. The rest of the staff is fantastic as well. It is always clean and well maintained.
If you're looking for a new optometrist, Dr. Vance should be at the top of your list. I made an appointment just to get new contacts. However, the whole experience has made me a return patient. The facility is super clean and modern with up to date equipment. The staff team, all of the team, we're so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Vance was friendly. I've been on the search for a new optometrist since the one I used for 30 years retired about 12 years ago. Since then, I always felt like a nuisance and never felt heard with the "new" eye clinics I went to. Wether it was the staff or the doctor, I always felt like another number, never felt like I had a place. However, I was super surprised with Dr. Vance. Yes, he was friendly, but I felt heard. He took his time to listen when I had a question. He patiently walked me through the eye exam results. I know he had other patients after me but he never rushed me out of the visit. So, if you ever wondered about Vance Vision, then give them a try. The facility, the staff team, and Dr. Vance have given me what I've been looking for, a new home optometrist. Hopefully he won't retire anytime soon!
Excellent service every time. Everyone is nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure I’m comfortable and well taken care of. Love Dr. Vance! He is awesome and explains everything so thoroughly and in a way I can understand. Would not have my vision taken care of any where else.
Ordered glasses and sunglasses about 2 months goes by and I am having a headache and can't see vision is blurry go back 3 months later they tell me that they put someone else's prescription in my main glasses .They Ordered new lenses took a week to get in and and I had to drive another 40 miles one way back to get fixed. Ask them to pay for me getting another eye exam that I paid for and they said they were not going to pay for the other exam, that they would have given me a new exam if I had asked. I don't have trust in their work by now. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
Dr. Vance and his staff are extremely kind and professional. He is so very thorough and explains in great detail the results of your test. I've never had a bad experience and would HIGHLY recommend.
