Every time something unexpected happens with me or my family of 6 - TVC Urgent care and stuff (including receptionists) are the most helpful, caring and efficient providers. Gives me such a peace of mind to have this clinic nearby! Special shoutout to amazing Mike Cerrato, PA-C (now he works only virtually, but back then he was able to fix a big ongoing issue for my kid within mins, when her pediatrician was just shrugging his shoulders) - very empathetic, professional and knowledgable provider! Highly recommend him. Also many thanks to Josh Colley, PA-C to taking an excellent care of me: he is super-efficient, has a keen eye to the details and has a good sense of humor. His assistant Kathy is a sweet heart and very positive person. I always leave this place better than upon arrival. The clinic has lots of plants and beautiful modern design. 10 stars out of 5 :)

Medical billing and patient care are both incredibly difficult in this season. Self advocacy is a must for any success. We have MDs who listen well and are very skilled but without staying on top of every aspect of our medical need we fall between the cracks. Billing keeps the doors open. I am thankful for all they do
There are not enough words to explain how truly incredible Dr. Jess Khangura has been in my life. She has never once rushed me through an appointment or made me feel like just another patient on a schedule. She takes the time to explain everything so I fully understand what is happening with my care, and that alone has made such a huge difference for me. She makes me feel informed, heard, and respected. Living with ADD is exhausting in ways people do not always understand. There is such a stigma attached to it, especially when it comes to medication management. I recently had an experience at the pharmacy where I was questioned about why I was picking up the same medication at a different dosage while I was at work. It was humiliating having coworkers overhear pieces of my medical information and feeling judged, like I had to defend myself. I felt small in that moment. But Dr. Jess reminded me that I should not carry shame for following a care plan that we know is right for me. She helped me remember that my condition is real and valid. For years, I was repeatedly told my struggles were “just anxiety.” I cannot even explain how defeating it is to constantly be put on medications that do not help, while dealing with side effects from treatments for something that was never the real issue. Dr. Jess was the first provider who truly looked deeper and saw what other professionals missed. She recognized that it was ADD, not simply anxiety, and that changed the entire trajectory of my life. Because she took the time to listen, support me, and treat me as a whole person through a holistic approach, I have been able to rebuild my confidence and move forward in ways I never thought possible. I recently graduated with my bachelor’s degree and transitioned into a position as an IT Administrative Assistant. Those accomplishments did not happen in a vacuum. They happened because I finally had a provider who believed in me and helped me understand myself instead of making me feel broken. Dr. Jess Khangura has shown me compassion, patience, understanding, and genuine care every single step of the way. She never makes me feel like a horrible person for something outside of my control. She empowers me instead of dismissing me. There truly need to be more providers like her in this world.
If i could rate them a zero I would. There was absolutely no one in their waiting room and my infant with a pretty severe bite to the face was turned away due to the primary insurance coverage. Secondary coverage is outstanding. I begged to PAY CASH WHATEVER IT COST. Absolutely no empathy whatsoever from the young lady working reception. Why not just go back and ask someone to take a look at it as soon as possible and let me know what our next steps need to be? This could’ve saved me one other local urgent care stop and likely got us to the children’s ER faster. It would’ve taken less time for someone to have taken a quick look at this injury and send us in the right direction than it took for her to verify my child’s insurance coverage, which took FOREVER. This is the most disgusting interaction I’ve ever experienced, I’ve never witnessed such horrifying disregard to a literal infant.
My wife has had extensive care with TVC, and suffered from a number of severe mistakes. There was a delayed diagnosis, lost records, a missed lab order, delayed labs and other issues. When I escalated to patient relations, I was dismissed. Recently I helped a patient who had a painful & unsettling reaction in the lobby, while I and another bystander called for help. The response was delayed, and the patient nearly drove away and got into an accident. Patient relations again dismissed the issue. I've escalated to C-level staff, with no response. I've worked with many nurse managers and patient relations at TVC , and I feel they are not a responsible institution. There is a broad dismissive attitude that must come from the top. I would not recommend taking your loved one to TVC. I moved to another provider.
