I visited this place to get my glasses lens changed. They were initially very welcoming and said it wouldn’t be a problem. However, at the last step, they asked me to sign a waiver stating that they wouldn’t be responsible for any damage to my glasses frame while they installed the new lens. I was shocked and disappointed. They should have let me know about this waiver when I called them. Instead, they seemed more interested in making a sale by selling the glasses frame with the lens. Overall, I had a terrible experience and strongly advise against visiting this place.

I had a great experience at Westbury Eye Care. I went in for an eye exam and brought my own Chrome Hearts frames with me. The team was able to add my new prescription along with transitions lenses, and I absolutely love how they turned out. The entire office was friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how easy they made the whole process. Highly recommended!

Excellent service! I went to get my new glasses and the staff was extremely helpful. Plus, they speak Spanish too, which was great for me since English is not my first language. They had my glasses ready sooner than expected, so I highly recommend this place. I think I’ve found my number one eye care store. Thanks, guys!

I had a fantastic experience at Westbury eye care! Dr. Bedoya was incredibly professional and thorough. The entire office is beautifully designed, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
