Vericare Vision

I had a great experience at Vericare Vision. I lost my glasses and needed help quickly, and they were able to schedule me as a walk-in, which I really appreciated. Dr. Caroline was amazing. She did a very thorough eye exam, took her time, and explained everything to me clearly so I understood what was going on with my vision and my options. She was very kind, professional, and made the whole visit comfortable. Johanna at the front desk also helped me a lot. She made sure I selected the right frame and confirmed that my glasses were covered under my insurance. She was patient, helpful, and made the process smooth from start to finish. Overall, the staff was friendly, caring, and very professional. I highly recommend Vericare Vision to anyone looking for excellent eye care and great customer service.

As a first time patient, it was very quick and simple. Allison is great and really helpful. Although I did not find glasses I loved she still insisted I try a few pairs which was very sweet. The appointment itself with the doctor was also wonderful. 100% recommend, super professional, patient and understanding staff.

Amazing staff! I walked in on a Saturday and even though they were almost completely booked up they were able to squeeze me in! Everyone is super nice and helpful! Would recommend!

The entire team was excellent. They did an awesome job of explaining my benefits and getting me for an exam. Johanna and the Doc were great and the stand in receptionist was awesome as well. Great experience and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exam and new glasses.
