What the hell is wrong with the blonde hispanic front desk lady!? she gives so much attitude!! Last time i ever go there, so rude! But the Dr is very nice maybe because shes not hispanic and knows manners! Wow only in miami that lady would have a job!
The Doctor is very nice but the secretaries are very disrespectful and irresponsible. I have been calling for weeks trying to set up an appointment in order to keep getting my contacts from them and every time i call they tell me that the lady thats in charge of appointments and orders is busy and will return my call , and I still haven’t received a call .
Do not waste your time and money going to this place. Very unprofessional and rude service. I still do not not understand how can they run a business with such a poor and disgusting attitude. PLAIN AND SIMPLE, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!
My insurance covers $200.00 for eyeglasses. After my eye exam, even though I provided the frames, they wanted to charge me an additional $50.00 for the lenses, on top of the $200.00 covered by the plan. This has happened to me before with them, though not as badly as this time. Previously, they damaged a $300.00 Ray-Ban frame in their shop.
