I wanted to share my wonderful experience at this location. Since Sunday is my only day off and I was on my last pair of contacts, I was thrilled to find that you guys had immediate appointments available. While I usually visit the Costco on 290, they didn't had any Sunday openings, so your convenient schedule was a lifesaver. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Le. She is clearly passionate about her patients and provided the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. She was the first doctor to inform me that my optic nerve is slightly dilated and needs monitoring—something that had never been mentioned in my previous yearly exams. Additionally, she prescribed a higher-quality contact lens for my dry eyes and took the time to explain that the slight green tint is a manufacturer feature to help patients see the lens, which cleared up any concerns about the product's condition. Overall, I am very pleased with the availability, attention to detail, and excellent service I received. I will certainly be recommending this location to my family and friends. Best regards Karla K
