Vickers And Minton Eyecare

The doctor was fine. He was nice. But receptionist was extremely rude each time I called and when I went in. I called to change the appointment almost a week before and they did not make the requested change on their calendar so when I called back the next week to confirm, I was told I was wrong and there was nothing that could be done about the incorrect time. Also the office seemed short handed and was very unhelpful with insurance, refused to talk to my insurance company when I had them on the phone to confirm coverage. She was nicer towards the end of the time. Appointment was very quick - good if you need somewhere that will get you in and out fast. But we will probably not be coming back.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS Facility! I walked in on time, there was no other patients in at the time. I was handed a clipboard with someone else's information. I immediately gave the patients information to the lady at the desk. When I was told to go to the back I noticed that they didn't clean either of the eye machines prior to the testing. Next, I was told to go to the next exam room and wait there. Dr.Krohn came in. We proceded with my eye exam. As we finished I wasn't told to wash my hand nor did he have any sanitary procedure to let me apply my contacts. He dropped a contact on his pant leg and gave it to me to put on. I was done. I exited this place in awe. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!

If I could give them zero stars I would totally do that. NEVER again am I taking my daughter to that place, the Doctor (lady) was soo rude and the office was hot and didn’t look clean AT ALL. If you’re thinking about scheduling and appointment there DON’T DO IT!!

Lady at front desk on 1/2/19 @ 9:30 a.m. was VERY rude. She definitely should be fired. I’ll never go back and I’ll make sure everyone I know doesn’t either.

Been there two years in a row and can’t speak for the rest of the doctors but Dr. Minton is great and will continue to go with her as long as she’s there. Everyone else is friendly enough.
