I walked in and instantly very polite young lady greeted me. I was called back and the medical assistant took vitals and explained everything to me . She was very polite and nice. After eye test I saw Dr. Turner, she was the best, she explained it all and took time to answer all questions. I felt comfortable there. I give them TSO Seguin a five I will be returning.
Love the spacious offices and overall appearance of the building. The staff and doctors are so friendly and professional! Very quick turn around, was seen before scheduled time and out in about a half hour. There are so many frame options compared to my previous eye doctor. Patient for life!💯
I went with Texas State Optical due to their Google reviews and they were listed as a provider for my insurance. My intial phone call was answered in 2 rings. The service was stellar on the call and in person. The technology to fill out information prior to the visit is nice to help expediate the appointment. Upon arrival, the front desk greeted me. I was in the appointment at my scheduled time. The Dr. helped answer any/all questions I had and made me feel heard and cared for. I am particular when it comes to customer service since I aim to provide stellar service for my realty business. I will be coming back here. If you are looking for eye care, give TSO an opportuntity to earn your business.
Drive the extra 10 miles or less to TSO. Far better service and great atmosphere than others in my area. I've changed PCP and other physicians from a long time office in LV and it's the best decision I made in years.
Switched from Americas Best to TSO and I loved the whole process from beginning to end. The ladies were all super welcoming and professional. I got my glasses today and wow what a difference it makes. Thank you TSO…recommending everyone I know to you 😌
