⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nkoshe was 10/10! We had a wonderful experience today. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and so helpful while assisting my mom. She took the time to help her find the perfect pair of glasses, and we never felt rushed. Her kindness and expertise made the entire experience enjoyable. We truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and highly recommend her!

Went in to store to get my new glasses. I was immediately greeted by Initah, a very friendly and helpful lady. I had a lot of questions on frames and progressives and she was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable. One thing I noticed that speaks to how professional and knowledgeable Initah was: despite two other staff, she answered phones, she walked up to customers asking if they needed help and she even fixed a customer’s glasses. You can tell she knows and loves her job. Glad I had her take care of my needs. Thank you.

Lei was so helpful today with my husband. She helped him find glasses that fit his face, went over insurance info, & was friendly with us the entire time. She has great customer service & a beautiful charm to help customers. Thank you for all your help..

I couldn't have been happier with my visit to the Vision department today. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They not only assisted me with new glasses, but also repaired my old glasses at no charge while I waited.
