Drs. Vickers And Minton, Optometrists

It's always above average here!! Never have to wait. You get soon quickly, thoroughly and of course professionally. Me as well as my kids have been coming here for years. Mrs. Vickers is the kindest most beautiful lady. I love the staff especially the 2 ladies up front who have been there for years n years. They also always get you taken care of in a fast n easy way. Always sweet n professional n always explain everything to you...

Not impressed by my recent experience. A nice lady called to book my appointment. I went down to the office and the receptionist told me that they didn't except my insurance. I told her that on the website it stated that they did however she continued to disagree. I went home and double checked. The insurance website stated that Dr. Vickers and Minton do except my insurance however Dr. Albracht's name was not listed. Now, if that was the only issue, it would have been nice for the receptionist to state that and recommend another dr. however it seemed like she just wanted me to leave. No worries there...i won't be returning. She needs to work on her customer service skills.

I had my eye appointment yesterday or so I thought but it was next week and the staff was so sweet and gracious that they were able to see me anyway. We love the staff and Dr. Vickers and Minton there both amazing and really care about there patients. I have sjogrens syndrome so they pay real close attention to my eye's and that means so much to me since my meds are pretty strong and side effects are not good. I highly recommend Dr. Vickers & Minton Eye Care to anyone who is looking for amazing eye care from Dr's who treat there patients like family and there main priority is giving you the best care for your vision and overall health.

Everyone is very nice. Dr. Vickers is very professional in doing your eye exam. She doesn't rush you. The lady that fits your glasses is great and really nice. Sorry I can't remember her name. I'm not good at remembering names. But the whole staff is great.

My family has been seeing Vickers and Mentor eye care for a while and recommended that I go see them. Dr. Vickers was extremely helpful in explaining the type of vision care that I need and was very patient with all of the test. Great experience
