Absolutely love these guys! I needed a new prescription after a long time living abroad. No eye insurance, but they gave me a generous discount based on my medical insurance. NO pressure at all to buy their frames! My first pair came back without issues, but the second one had some slight waving. They didn't stop until they fixed it at no extra cost. No need for long explanations, or negotiations...just a great customer service. The doctors are knowledgeable, nurses are kind. Very happy that I found them.

Sean, the technician, was polite and proficient in his job. Dr. Dai Le was great!! She did a thorough eye exam and explained everything in a very clear manner. She listened to my concerns and advised me on steps to take to alleviate my issues. The front desk staff seemed in a rush. One thing I did not like were the multiple reminders by text and phone call, even after I had confirmed that I was coming after receiving the first text two weeks prior. It is very annoying to be continually asked to confirm.

I always have an excellent experience with Vienna Eye Care. Dr Hubert always takes the time to truly listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I consistently feel cared for during every visit, never rushed. Also, I really appreciate their responsiveness during emergencies — it gives me real peace of mind knowing I’m in good hands. Highly recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience at Vienna Eye Care Center. The office is extremely clean, the staff is warm and welcoming, and the whole place feels more like a boutique practice than a typical doctor’s office. Dr. Ardura has the most excellent bedside manner… she is kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. I also ordered my glasses there, and the optician who helped me choose my frames was very accommodating and efficient. I was in a rush, during my lunch break, and they truly focused on helping me quickly without ever making me feel pressured. I left the practice with such a good feeling.

I highly recommend Vienna Eyecare Center! I switched to this center after hopping around each year to different doctors and they were great. Dr. Hubert was quick, kind and very efficient. I also appreciated there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything directly through them, but they do have a good selection of glasses and I did order my contacts through them. Honestly I really can’t say enough good things about this place, I’ll definitely be back and high recommend if you’re looking for an eye doctor in Vienna.
