ViewPointe Vision - Omaha

This is a place that really cares about customer satisfaction. I've been a customer for many years. Issues are quickly addressed and staff insists upon making sure the customers get the best deal and provides all the options available. Dr Klemke and staff always make sure I know of new contact options and which ones offer the best rebates. Everything about my vision is explained in detail and in customer friendly terms. I can't imagine going anywhere else since I found Viewpoint. Special thanks for all of the staff that had made my happiness a focus for all these years

Viewpoint Vision’s staff is very nice and great to work with during appointments. Dr. Klemke is AWESOME!!! He genuinely cares for his patients, takes appropriate time to explain your situation and how to see better today and into the future. They are never pushy on getting glasses / sun glasses. They leave that choice up to you!!! Have been seeing Dr. Klemke for many years and will continue for years to come!!!

Fit me in last minute. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. Check-in was simple and things moved fast. Dr. Brown and the team were awesome and helped figure out what my problem was! Highly recommend for anyone looking to find or switch eye doctors. This group is fantastic!

I love ViewPointe Vision. Our family has been going here forever! We've seen Dr. Klemke and Dr. Brown for years and have nothing but good things to say about both of them. They never make you feel like just another patient- it's apparent that they really care. I would definitely recommend this establishment!!

I decided to switch vision centers after being unsatisfied with my previous eye doctor. Got some recommendations from coworkers and landed on View Pointe. They were able to schedule me the day after I called which was amazing! After I had my first appointment with Dr. Klemke, I was SO happy I switched. He took the time to actually explain things about my eyes that no eye doctor ever has. I have never felt so informed about my eyes and prescription! I also got to keep my frames and just get new lenses which is another win because I love my frames.
