Watch out for billing fraud. They billed me and my insurance company, and when I contacted them, they said they'd look into it. Never heard back from them. I also had them make me a pair of glasses. I had to take them back multiple times because the lenses kept falling out. The office lady said "they are having issues because the Dr. Does not want to spend money to repair there broken equipment" They ended up remaking them, and again, the lenses fell out. Not only was I billed, but my insurance company was too. I got ripped off with poor quality glasses on top of that. Update: For those who might see the doctor's response, it is full of lies and misinformation. It is not normal practice to bill the insurance company and the customer, and when you receive an overpayment, keep all the money and not reimburse one of the two people. I also purchased glasses from you, and they are worthless. The lenses pop out, and the prescription is off. The extended coverage you also sold me was entirely worthless as well, doing nothing to repair the glasses. The glasses had to be remade repeatedly because the prescription was wrong. Your receptionist apologized and told me that, unfortunately, they cannot make the glasses correctly because the doctor/owner would not invest in repairing the machines. So, they are just guessing. Also, I did reach out to you as requested, and you or your office has not responded or addressed a single issue.
