She’s incredibly thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I never feel rushed, and I always leave confident that I’ve received the best care possible. The entire team is friendly and professional, and the office is always welcoming. Dr. Vogel is the best optometrist we have ever seen. He Is a great listener, very kind and patient and extremely knowledgeable. He is very caring and went above and beyond to be sure that we received the best possible care for my son‘s dry eye. He is also extremely responsive and attentive to any questions we had after our visit. We could not have been happier with the care we received from Dr. Vogel over the past couple years.

I had an excellent experience with Victor, the lab technician at Village Eye Optometry. He helped me select my frames with patience, professionalism, and genuine engagement. Rather than rushing the process, he carefully listened, offered several options, and provided thoughtful feedback on each frame I tried on. Victor was also extremely thorough when taking the measurements for my prescription, which gave me confidence that my glasses would be made correctly. What impressed me most was that he took the time to adjust my old glasses when I mentioned they had always been uncomfortable on my nose. He immediately identified the problem, made the necessary adjustments, and fixed an issue I had been dealing with for a long time. I have been seeing Dr. Annie Hu for years and am very happy with her. She is very thorough and addresses all of my questions with her vast knowledge. All of the staff are also very professional and nice and efficient. Another advantage is that you can also buy your eyeglass frames from them so you don’t have to shop elsewhere. I highly recommend this business!
