100% recommend. I was visiting from out of town for a job interview and lost one of my contact lenses. I visited a few places to see if anyone could help me replace the contact lens I had lost and had no luck until I went to village optics. They could not have been kinder or more helpful in finding a similar lens. So grateful I found this place!
We visited Village Optics for my husband to get a new pair of glasses. He had his own prescription. The doctor was pleasant and measured my husband for his progressive lenses. My only complaint would be related to the size of the establishment. It is small and their inventory is somewhat limited for this reason. However, a plus to the location is the proximity to the Hills and the overall convenience of this location.
Dr. Orenstein was honest in our visit. He mentioned my daughter didn’t need a new pair of glasses and my son could wait a year. He also fixed my daughter’s current glasses nose pads and was very helpful with giving her lots of options for sensitive eyes contacts. I appreciated the old school Dr approach and the pricing was transparent and fair. Esp compared to another place where I felt like a cog in a profit center.
Dr Ornstein was kind professional and exceptionally talented at what he does. He helped my husband find correction for his eyes and offered reasonable prices that fit our budget. He has been in this field a long time and knows exactly what he is doing. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an eye exam.
