Excellent experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, the office was clean and efficient, and the eye exam was thorough. Dr. Sims took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and we had a great experience with Eric helping us pick out glasses!!! I cannot recommend Dr. Sims at Village Vision enough. After struggling with vision issues that did not feel right, even after being checked a couple of months earlier elsewhere, Dr. Sims took the time to truly listen, investigate, and figure out what was actually going on. She was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, explained everything indetail, and was incredibly kind throughout the entire appointment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and does not rush through visits. Her staff was also warm, professional, and welcoming. I left feeling relieved, cared for, and confident in the treatment plan. Finding a doctor who combines expertise with compassion is rare, and Dr. Sims absolutely does. It was so refreshing to have an optometrist take their time to make sure they covered all the bases with my eye problems. They were friendly and so welcoming. And when it came to picking out new frames, it was fun and an absolute joy. I would highly recommend Village Vision For all of your eye care needs. They made me feel like a person and not just another number.
This was my first thing me there. It was for a comprehensive exam (annual exam). The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Sims was very nice and professional but took the time to chat and discuss my care. The office was clean and well equipped and put together. I would recommend them.
