Finally! A workable solution that gives me appropriate colored lenses for my vision 👀 The staff here clearly are experts in their trade! Everyone goes above and beyond regular client service!
Every time I leave here I feel like I was swindled. They'll talk about some kind of grants and things that will give you big discounts. And then they bring out the equipment and have you try out and then when you get to check out they end up jacking up the price on you. I got glasses here and they ended up charging more than they said they would and then the warranty didn't cover what they said they would. It feels like the people here end up just lying to people to try to fill a quota of sales or something. The people here also just don't seem too realize that the people there working with are blind and have a hard time getting there. Because they never seem to mind adding on extra pointless trips out there just to pick up equipment and do unnecessary tests which end up taking up a person's entire day. A pocket binocular is pointless in 2023 when everybody has a camera phone in their pocket with a zoom. The doctor also says that they saw scar tissue in the back of my eye and they were worried about some kind of brain damage. But they said they're not going to do anything about it because they don't see any other signs. I gave them many examples of other signs that are there and they decided to just pass the buck on to other doctors instead of taking action on the medical problem.
Called them for assistance with my brother’s recent vision loss. They returned my call in 3 days and were very helpful to assist. They said a staff member would call us back to set up a home visit!
Wow! I'm very impressed with this place. I can't believe the technology and other things that are out there for low vision people. They have tv glasses to help the legally blind to watch tv better. The people who work there are so friendly and informative. Very pleased! !
