I came to Vision Arora as a new patient because it was close by and on my insurance. But, all it took was one visit for me to decide I never need to go anywhere else. Dr. Arora and his staff are very personable and great at what they do! Front desk operations run smoothly with excellent communication and simple appointment confirmations. They have a system that communicates through text messaging making it so easy to keep track of orders or appointments. Glasses adjustments can be performed (even on plastic frames) right there by a gentlemen with decades of experience. And then the doctor himself and his support staff explain what they are doing in simple terms so you know exactly whats going on, and what to expect in any follow up visits. Dr. Arora himself is extremely good at what he does and is passionate about doing it right. I have worn contacts and glasses for decades but through his dedication to "getting it right" I see better now than ever before AND my prescription is at a reduced intensity. His ability to know how to correct and balance your eyes so they work as a team is a game changer. As for the facility, I never once felt uneasy about the equipment or Covid precautions. I watched as the equipment and chairs were wiped down after every use, and any try-on frames were set aside and cleaned before going back onto the display rack. In addition to this, they have signage in certain rooms that educates you to the equipment being used. Overall, the cleanliness, selection of frames, and attention to keeping the customer informed is very welcome. This is a long winded review, but I wanted to take the time to say just how impressed and at ease I am with Vision Arora. I will be a patient of theirs from now on!
